Monday, she won a game by kicking one in.
Brown's kick on the final play of a penalty-kick shutout lifted the Lady Tribe to a 4-3 victory over the Anna-Jonesboro Lady Wildcats Monday at Indian Park in the regular-season finale for Kennett.

When a pair of overtimes failed to provide a winner to Monday's contest, the game came down to penalty kicks where a kicker went head-to-head with the opponent's goalkeeper. After each team made two and missed two kicks, Brown's kick found the back of the net and set off a celebration for the Lady Tribe.
"She really did it," Kennett coach Rick Bell said. "That was great wasn't it?"
Said Brown: "It's great. When it comes down to it in the last few seconds, that's the best time to win."
With the win, Kennett (4-13) set a record for most victories by a Kennett High School soccer team, either boys or girls.
The Lady Indians seemed to have the game in control when Elaine Hoskins scored her third goal of the day early in the second half to put her team up 3-1, but A-J was not done.
Sami Coleman found the back of the net on an assist from Ashley Kendrick to make it a one-goal game, and Sophia Butterfield's goal in the closing minutes of regulation forged a 3-3 tie to force overtime.
"It was a wonderful game," Bell said. "Every one of the girls played hard. They really hung in there. They never quit even when we were up 3-1...and they tied it up (but) we never got down."
Twenty minutes of overtime failed to produce a winner, setting up the exciting finish.
The Lady Wildcats took the early lead when Lauren Johnson found paydirt to open the game's scoring, but Hoskins scored to tie the game, then added a second goal on a penalty kick to put Kennett ahead 2-1.
"Elaine has probably the strongest leg on the team," said Bell. "We have been kicking those direct and indirect kicks. She (has been) kicking the ball kind of high which paid off tonight. All of our girls played well tonight though."
The Lady Tribe is off until next Monday when it takes on St. Vincent at the Class 1, District 1 Tournament in Farmington.
