McCaig earned the honor as he helped lead the Wildcats to their third straight Class 1, District 1 title and also to the conference's regular-season and tournament titles.
He is joined on the first team by teammate Seth Childers. Also making the first team are Sloan Richardson from Delta C7, the Holcomb duo of Chad Adams and Corbin Clark and North Pemiscot's Brandon Quillin.
Rounding out the first team is the Campbell trio of Kyle Matthews, Cale Weeks and Zack Jackson.
