Holcomb's Tiffani Weaver was named the Tri-County Conference's Player of the Year in softball on the league's all-conference team.

Weaver earned the honor as she helped lead the Lady Hornets to both the Tri-County's regular season and conference tournament titles.

She is joined on the first team by teammate Laura Watson. Also making the first team are Chelsea Bledsoe from Campbell, the Delta C7 duo of Leigha Blankenship and Brittany Tidwell, and the Gideon duo of Lindsey Wilson and Megan Parker.

Rounding out the first team are Southland's Darcy McMinn and Magen Hembrey.

Seth McBroom of Holcomb was named as the league's Coach of the Year.
