With the win, the Dodgers (23-9) won their pool and advanced into Saturday's semifinals.
"It's really a great tournament with a lot of quality ballcubs," Dunklin County manager Jamie Johnson said. "You just can't say enough about what these kids are doing.
"They never quit and they never give up. Against this caliber of talent that says a lot."
Down 6-3 going to the bottom of the seventh, Heath Horvath led off the inning with a base hit before Dustin Hunter's two-run homer made it 6-5.
With one out, Aaron Booker tripled and Ballwin walked Aaron McCaig and Austin Jackson to load the bases hoping to set up the double play. However with two out, Kaleb Canoy singled up the middle to score Booker and McCaig and cap the comeback.
Ben Smith picked up the win in relief of starter Sloan Richardson, allowing two runs over the final four innings.
Dunklin County finished with eight hits on the evening.
The Dodgers were scheduled to play either host Paducah or defending national champion Columbia, Tenn. in Saturday's semifinal. The championship is set for Sunday.
"We're just trying to get to a high level of play and try to maintain that," said Johnson. "But the credit goes to the kids. They're playing really well right now."
