November 22: The Wednesday Music Club of Kennett recently purchased a bronze statue as a lasting tribute to the influence of music in the lives of local residents. The bronze statue depicts a young boy with earbuds and a numbered jersey playing a guitar as a cello. The statue has been permanently placed at the Dunklin County Library in Kennett.
