Kennett City Council's agenda: Key contracts and airport agreements under review

KENNETT, Mo. - The city council here meets this evening and is slated to discuss a number of issues.

After opening, councilors are expected to hear from city department officials, including a report from Code Enforcement Officer Victor Mode.

In unfinished business, the council is expected to approve the abstract of accounts and the statement of revenues and expenditures presented at the Jan. 2 meeting.

In new business, the council is schedluled to review a contract between the city and Vector Disese Control; approve a transportation alternative program engineering contract; and approve an airport management agreement, airport real estate lease and airport agricultural lease, as approved by the Airport Board of Directors.

Councilors then will adjourn into executive session to discuss the lease, purchase and sale of real estate.

The Kennett City Council meets at 6:30 p.m. the first and third Tuesdays of every month at the council chmbers within Kennett City Hall, 200 Cedar St., Kennett.
