Steven and Rebecca Jill Harlan of Jonesboro, Ark., announce the birth of their son, Dawson Tyler Ray Harlan, born June 28, 2006, at St. Bernards Regional Medical Center in Jonesboro. He weighed 8 pounds and 4 ounces and was 22 1/2 inches long. He is the grandson of Dean Harring and Craig and Kathy Bentzel all of West Plains, Mo., and June King, of Lakeland, Fla., and the great-grandson of John and Hellen Harlan and Lloyd and Dora Carroll...
