Warren Keith Wright, of Arbyrd, Mo., passed away Wednesday, Oct. 13, 2010, due to a cardiac arrest.
He was born Nov. 15, 1954, to Richard and Mary Nell Eubanks Wright and was preceded in death by both of them.
He leaves several near relatives in the Arbyrd area.
Keith was a graduate of Oakland University in Rochester, Mich., and the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, where he received both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree.
He was an accomplished writer poet and was working as an editor for Library of America in New York. He was also a contributing reviewer and music critic for the British magazine Opera and several other American and European magazines. He also worked as a moderator on a website devoted to Samuel Pepys.
He leaves an extended family of friends across this country and Europe with whom he corresponded.
There will be a memorial service for Mr. Wright at 10 a.m., Wednesday, Oct. 20, at the McDaniel Funeral Home in Senath, Mo.
