Vehicle Fire on First Street

The Kennett Fire Department was called to a vehicle fire in front of Family Dollar off of First Street on Thursday evening at about 5:45 p.m. According to Joseph Brewer, the driver of the pickup truck, the fire started under the seat and when he could not put it out, he exited the truck and called the fire department.
