Delbert Lee Huskey, 90 of Kennett, Missouri, began his new life on December 18, 2024. Born on October 6, 1934, in Saffell, Ark., to Chester Lee Huskey and Ada Edda Willmuth Huskey. Delbert was a member of O'Kenna General Assembly in Hayti, Mo., where he served as a deacon for several years.
Survived by his one son: Jeff Huskey (Lisa Huskey) of Kennett, Mo., daughters: Debbie Dutton of Melbourne, Ar., Regina Duke of Batesville, Ar; and Shawn Tucker (Perry Tucker, Sr.) of White Oak, Mo.
Grandchildren: Gina Adams, Travis Adams, Matt Adams, Josh Moore, Nichole Jackson, Emily Huskey, Perry Tucker, Jr., and Cody Tucker.
Great-grandchildren: Sarah Ragle, Katie Quarders, Kennedy Quarders, Brayden Adams, Kaylee Adams, Matty Adams, Blakely Adams, Emmy Adams, Rhett Adams, Thomas Moore, Parker Jackson, Koden Tucker, Jason Tucker, Morgan Brooks and Ivy Lyell.
Great-great-grandchildren Ada Lee Simmons, Hayze Lyell and Owen Roseman.
Nephew: Greg Huskey; and nieces: Tresa Elms and Lisa Deerinwater.
Step-daughter: Amanda Newman.
Step-grandchildren: Bradley Blecha and Rachael Beaver. Step-great-grandchild: Aryson Newman.
Brother: Denver Huskey of Batesville, Ark.; and his loving best friend/neighbor, Christina Blagg, spent many hours sitting on his patio watching his tomatoes grow.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his brothers: R. Dean and Gregory Lee; his wife, Penny Huskey; and grandson: Jason Brooks.
Services will be held at Mt. Harmony Freewill Baptist Church in Saffell, Ark. Visitation to begin at 9:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m. Saturday, December 21, 2024, with Funeral Services to immediately follow. The burial will be in the Willmuth Family Cemetery in Saffell, Ark. Brother John Cross will hold the services. Pallbearers will be Parker Jackson, Brian Jackson, Matt Adams, Greg Huskey, Josh Moore and Perry Tucker, Jr.
