Kennett Fire Department's 2024 report reveals responses to 46 structure fires, 745 medical calls, and 56 collisions. They conducted 332 inspections and hosted CPR and advanced life support classes for 133 students.

KENNETT, Mo. - KENNETT, Mo. - The fire department (KFD) here publishes its totals for the year 2024.

KFD Chief Lance Davis reports the department's firefighters responded to 46 structure fires, 18 trash fires, 18 grass fires, 17 car fires and 151 other fire-related calls.

The department was on scene at 745 medical calls and 56 motor vehicle collisions, Davis says.

The KFD conducts 332 fire inspections, 15 public education seminars and 15 fire investigations, according to reports.

The department staffs 23 Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) classes and serves 115 students, three Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) classes with a total of nine students and three Pediatric Advanced Life Support classes, also serving nine students.
