Nancy Ann Stokes

Nancy Ann Stokes, the daughter of the late Coy Lee and Freda Lee Tisdale Crain, was born on January 3, 1949, in Parma, MO.

On February 19, 1968, she was united in marriage to William Dwight “Yogi” Stokes. He preceded her in death on October 2, 2011.

She was a member of the Church of Christ in Malden, MO.

Mrs. Stokes died Tuesday, February 4, 2025, in Poplar Bluff, MO, at the age of 76 years.

Survivors include; 4 grandchildren, Elizabeth Looney and husband Kevin, Jessica Stokes, Jason Stokes and wife Stephanie, Daniel Stokes, 5 great grandchildren, Garrett, Aoife, Megan, Trisha, Carter, 2 nieces, Dana Wade and husband Ben, Kellie Martin, 1 nephew, Scott Crain, great nephew, Jacob Sherrill, daughter-in-law, Shannon Stokes , and a host of other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband and 1 Son, James Dwight Stokes and 3 siblings, Silas Crain, Mike Crain and Patricia Owen.

Visitation will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, February 6, 2025 at the Bradshaw Funeral Home Chapel. Graveside service will be at 1:00 P.M. at Elder Cemetery in Campbell.
